The legal procedures and actions to be taken are determined. The scope of work and the attorney’s fee are agreed upon with the client, followed by the signing of a legal service agreement. The client then issues a power of attorney.

Commencement of Work
The agreed-upon legal procedures or lawsuits are initiated.

Process
While the legal processes are ongoing, clients are kept informed about the progress via mail or email.
